Four point Inspection
ROOF.
Inspection of the roof coverings to make sure that is in good condition. Also, the attic side of the roof is checked for any damage or weak areas.
HVAC SYSTEM.
Report on the type of heating and cooling system used in the home . Also the age of the system and if it adequate for the size of the home
ELECTRICAL.
Inspection of the electrical system from the weather head to the main panel, any sub panels, wiring and outlets. This inspection is to make sure that the wiring is safe, that there are no unsafe or exposed wiring and that the electrical system complies with electrical code.
PLUMBING.
An inspection of the home’s plumbing system to check for any leaks in the supply or drain lines.

To assist policyholders, Citizens has created a Roof Condition Certification Form (CIT RCF-1 1108) which may be used to certify the eligibility of the roof.
